As an emergency clinic critical patients are seen first, while all other pets are seen on a first come first serve basis. Pets who arrive with serious injuries or illnesses may be immediately taken to our treatment area or into an examination room. We strive to see all pets as soon as possible. We do our best to ensure that all pets receive the time and attention that they need.
After one of our doctors has examined your pet they will discuss treatment options with you. We are happy to provide you with an estimate of charges and will automatically do so in cases requiring hospitalization and or surgery.
